Comfortable big bed in the room. Adequate for a short sleep before travel.
Wardrobe too tiny for even one person. Bathroom extras missing, like slippers or a shaving plug. Limited menu options, no whisky or soft drinks available. A swimming pool out of order with no prior notice. A room double booked leading to an unwelcome wake-up call late at night, followed by an early morning knock and phone call for check-up. Charged credit card twice, despite it being fixed quickly. a frustrating experience due to these issues.

hilton garden offered a relaxed vibe with super comfy beds for a great night's sleep. the free shuttle service to the airport was a lifesaver. i really loved the breakfast, especially the live cooking station with delicious waffles. plus, the 20-meter heated infinity rooftop pool is a fantastic spot to unwind!

I enjoyed the delicious breakfast, especially the freshly made waffles, and appreciated the free shuttle service that was timely and well-organized. the fire alarm at 2 am disrupted the night and the room menu request took longer than expected. The staff handled these issues with grace, though, making the stay pleasant despite these inconveniences.

Target audience in need of comfort
I really liked how Richard, the manager, sorted me out at 1 am. It’s not easy arriving late, but he made sure I had a room waiting, and even checked on me the next day!
It wasn't inexpensive but still reasonable.
